Ingredients:
2 medium Zucchinis
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Garlic Clove smashed/minced
Kosher Salt and Black pepper to taste
Slice the Zucchinis into 1/2 inch (1.27cm) sections at a 45 Degree angle. Toss the slices in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Place the slices on a hot grill for 2 minutes on each side, or until soft, but not mushy. Serve while hot.
